Who we are

Driven & Divine Enterprise runs Driven & Divine Villa, an event venue. Our website is drivendivinevilla.com. We host events only and do not offer overnight stays.

What we collect

  • Booking form: your name, email, phone number, event date and start time, the space you chose, your occasion, guest count, and any add-ons or rental items you request.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.
  • Contract details: the information needed to complete your contract and venue rental agreement.
  • Website visits: basic technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

  • To check your date and reply to your request.
  • To prepare your estimate, contract and payment records.
  • To plan and run your event, including set-up, rentals and security.
  • To keep the website working and secure.

We do not use your details for anything unrelated to your request or event.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal details. We share them only when it is needed for your event or to run this website, for example with the services that host the site and deliver our email, or when the law requires it.

Payments

This website does not take or store card numbers. Payments are arranged with you directly after your contract is signed, by wire, bank transfer, Zelle, check or card.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site uses them to work properly and stay secure. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Cameras at the villa

For the safety of guests and the property, there are cameras outside the villa.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contract records for as long as we need them for your event and for our business and legal records. If you ask about a date and do not book, you can ask us to delete your request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email info@drivendivinevilla.com and we will reply. We may need to keep some records where the law or an active contract requires it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
