Prices are in US dollars. Events can start from 10 a.m. and end by 11 p.m. (10 p.m. on Sundays). Extra set-up hours are $75 each, up to 2. Holidays are charged at the Friday to Sunday rate.

The villa holds up to 100 guests across its outdoor and indoor spaces, including proms and formal dances.

- Changing room and bathroom · $75Access for bridal prep, outfit changes and receptions.
- Extra lawn or garden space · $200 or $300Add the front yard or garden to your package. $200 Monday to Thursday, $300 Friday to Sunday. Already part of Lawn and Garden and Diamond Elite.
- Cleaning · $100 to $350We clean up after your event. $100 for the Lawn or the Grand Hall, $200 for the Terrace, Pool and Bar Lounge, $300 for Hall and Poolside or Diamond Elite. Full-day events add $50.
- Set-up crew or teardown crew · $100 to $200 eachOur team places your chairs, tables and rental items before you arrive, or clears them after your event. Your own decorations are yours to put up and take down. Each one is $100 for the Lawn or the Grand Hall, $150 for the Terrace, Pool and Bar Lounge, $200 for Hall and Poolside or Diamond Elite.
- Both crews · $150 to $350Take set-up and teardown together and save $50: $150, $250 or $350 by package.
- Security · $125 or $300Provided by the villa. $125 for events of up to 5 hours, $300 for a full day. Required for 60 or more guests.
- Extra set-up hour · $75Most packages include 2 hours, from 11 a.m. Add up to 2 earlier hours. Diamond Elite includes all 4. If your event starts before 1 p.m., your set-up time is the time between 9 a.m. and your start.
- Chairs, tables and tablewareChiavari chairs $4, round tables $12, plates and bowls from $1, glassware $2 each. Up to 100 of each. Diamond Elite includes 100 chairs and 12 tables. Choose quantities on the booking form.

Monday to Thursday rates are lower on every package.
Book late
Events booked within two months of the date get a discount. Ask us for the terms.
Military
10% off the exclusive rental. If you are deployed, show your papers at least 3 months ahead and we will move your date to any time within 2 years.
How your day runs.
The villa opens at 9 a.m. Most events set up in the morning and celebrate from the afternoon, and you can also start as early as 10 a.m. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are our prime times.
From first message to event day.
- Send your dateTell us the day, the space and your guest count.
- Sign and pay the depositYour date is held once the contract is signed and the deposit is in.
- Pay the balanceDue 30 days before the event, with your damage deposit.
- Rehearse for freeWalk through your ceremony with your officiant, up to two months before.
- Arrive and set upSet-up runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Your event can start from 10 a.m. After it ends you have 1 quiet hour to pack up.
The rules, in plain words.
These are in your contract. Better to read them now than on signing day.
Contract first
Before you can use the venue, you sign a contract and a venue rental agreement, complete any forms we send, and pay the deposits due. Nothing is agreed by word of mouth.
Holding your date
A 50% deposit holds your date. The deposit cannot be transferred to another person.
The balance is due 30 days before your event. If you book within 30 days of the date, the full amount is due at booking.
Damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit is collected with your balance and returned after the event if nothing is damaged or missing.
$250 for Lawn and Garden or Grand Hall and Kitchen. $350 for Terrace, Pool and Bar Lounge. $400 for Hall and Poolside. $750 for Diamond Elite.
Paying
Pay by wire, bank transfer or Zelle. Midweek dates can also be paid by check. Card payments add a 3% service fee.
Cancelling
90 days or more before your event: everything you paid is refunded, minus a $100 booking fee.
30 to 89 days before: your deposit is kept, and you can move to another date within 12 months once, free.
Less than 30 days before: no refund.
No tickets or door charges
You cannot charge guests to enter an event at the villa. This applies to every event, including milestone birthdays.
Food and catering
Bring your own caterer or choose one from our list.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals are free and can be booked up to two months before your event. They are for practising the ceremony with your officiant, so no food or drink. Email info@drivendivinevilla.com to check times.
Honoring those who serve
Military families get 10% off the exclusive rental. The 3% card fee still applies to deposits and balances paid by card.
If you are deployed, show official papers at least three months before your date and we will move it, earlier or later, to any day within two years.
If the active-duty person dies, everything paid is refunded in full on presentation of official papers.
If people gather for it, we can host it.
