Additional Setup Time:

Each package includes complimentary setup time before the event. If extended setup time is required, the following fees apply: Setup Time Inclusions by Package:

• The Grand Hall Package (Access Only): Includes 2 hours of setup time. Additional setup time: $100 per hour.
• The Serenity Poolside Package (Access Only): Includes 3 hours of setup time. Additional setup time: $150 per hour.
• The Front & Garden Package (Access Only): Includes 2 hours of setup time. Additional setup time: $100 per hour.
• Grand & Poolside Package (Access Only): Includes 4 hours of setup time. Additional setup time: $200 per hour.
• Diamond Elite All-Inclusive Package: Includes 4 hours of setup time. Additional setup time: $250 per hour.

Payment Policy:

• Payments can be made via Wire or zelle prior to the event.

• Credit card payments incur a 3% service fee.

Important Notice: NO Admission Charges Allowed for Events at Our Villa.

Hosting events at our villa does not permit charging attendees for entry. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Contract & agreements:
Before accessing our exquisite venue, a formal agreement, including a comprehensive contract and rental venue agreement, must be meticulously reviewed and signed. These essential documents, coupled with any requisite forms, serve as the cornerstone for a seamless collaboration. Ensuring all stipulated deposits and financial obligations are settled beforehand adds a layer of clarity and contributes to the overall success of your event in our distinguished venue.

Capacity:
Our venue accommodates up to 100 guests, providing the perfect capacity for hosting various events, including Proms or Formal Dances on our scenic property.

Hours
Mondays-Saturdays: 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Sundays: 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Prime times are Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays.

Venue and outside use:

By booking our Villa landscape, you unlock access to enchanting terraces, a captivating lower deck, a stylish pool area with a trendy bar, a front lawn adorned by a breathtaking garden, and a spacious backyard featuring a charming venue patio. With vast open spaces, your event will be embraced by a seamless blend of elegance and natural beauty. Elevate your experience by reserving our extraordinary venue.

Reservations:

To secure a (weekend date) at Driven & Divine Villa, a  deposit is required, and it must be in Wire/Bank transfer or Zelle. If you cancel more than six months before the event, a 50% refund is available. However, if the cancellation occurs within six months of the event date, no refund will be provided. The deposit is non-transferable.

To secure (midweek dates) at Driven & Divine Villa, a non-transferable deposit in Bank transfer or check is required. The remaining balance is due three months before the event. If cancellation occurs more than six months in advance, a 50% refund is available. However, if the cancellation is within six months of the event date, no refund will be provided.

Honoring those who serve:
Enjoy a 10% military discount on the Exclusive Rental at Driven & Divine Villa. Kindly note that a 3% fee applies when paying the deposit or balance with a credit card.

For active military duty situations:
if deployment occurs, the event date at Driven & Divine Villa can be changed with official deployment papers presented up to 3 months prior to the reserved date. We’re committed to working with the couple to reschedule within 2 years, allowing flexibility to move the date earlier or later. In the unfortunate event of the active-duty person’s death, presenting official papers will result in a full refund of all money paid.

Caterer:
You have the flexibility to choose a caterer for your event at Driven & Divine Villa either from our curated list or bring in your own choice.

Rehearsals:

Rehearsals at Driven & Divine Villa are complimentary and can be scheduled up to two months before the wedding or event. Please note that no food or drink is allowed during the rehearsal, as it is dedicated solely to practicing your ceremony with the officiant. Additional supplies:

If you check our shop menu on the website, you’ll find a variety of items available for use, including large dining room tables, round tables, Chiavari chairs, tents, and more. Explore the options for a customized and well-equipped event setup.
